September, 2015. News at STC:

1. September 30, 2015 Leading Engineer of STC «AhmadullinS – Science and Technology” – Gatiyatullin Dinar Ravilevich successfully defended his thesis for the degree of Ph.D. of technical sciences: “Development of a new two-stage technology of antioxidant – 4,4′-bis (2, 6-di-tert-butyl-phenol) synthesis”.

2. Heterogeneous KSM-X catalyst was supplied to propane-propylene and butane-butylene fractions sweetening unit at “TAIF-NK” JSC, Nizhnekamsk city. Guaranteed catalyst lifetime – 8 years.

3. Under the supervision of the Licensee representative heterogeneous KSM-X catalyst was loaded into the alkali regenerator P-701 of propane-propylene and butane-butylene fractions sweetening unit at “TAIF-NK” JSC, Nizhnekamsk city.

4. Technical rules were developed and approved for designing installation of 4,4′-bis (2,6-di-tert-butyl phenol) (antioxidant Bisphenol-5) synthesis with the capacity of 600 tons/year.

5. 1 ton of raw materials were purchased for the production of experimental batch of antioxidant Bisphenol-5.

6. STC «AhmadullinS – Science and Technology” developed and approved the safety data sheet on:

  • KSM-X catalyst (РПБ № 40655797-21-38119 by 22.05.2015);
  • Bisphenol-5 (РПБ № 40655797-24-37934 by 28.04.2015);
  • Diphenoquinone (РПБ № 40655797-24-37933 by 28.04.2015).

Dear colleagues. At the moment, possible disruptions in the english version site. We make the necessary changes in its structure. We plan to launch an updated version of the site until mid-August. Russian-version already done. Thank you for understanding.

Issue of Basic Design for JSOC BASHNEFT

In May 2015 our organization issued the Basic Design of LPG desulfurization (mercaptan and carbonyl sulfide removal) unit for JSOC BASHNEFT (Russia, Ufa). LPG are formed on delayed coking process. Commissioning plan 2020.

License agreement with JSOC “Bashneft”

6 March 2015. Licensor Private Entrepreneur Ahmadullina AG and Licensee JSOC “BASHNEFT” signed an agreement on the transfer of non-exclusive license to Licensee by Licensor under patents no. 2173330, 2110324 , 2529500. Agreement covers “the sweetening way (mercaptan removal) of LPG by regeneration of alkaline solution saturated with mercaptides in presence of KSM-X catalyst” for sweetening propane-butane fraction formed on delayed coking unit.

Comissioning for kerosene deodorization (mercaptan removal) Unit in Bahrain

In the beginning of 2015 our company has successfully commissioned (mercaptan removal) DEMER-KSP technology for sweetening of kerosene fraction at «International Station for Manufacturing of Refining» W.L.L. in Bahrain with the use of KSM-X heterogeneous catalyst. The load of kerosene fraction is 40 m3/d, mercaptan sulfur content was reduced to no more than 5 ppmw. Further kerosene is used for white spirit production.

COMMISSIONING ACT

Start the installation for butane sweetening (mercaptan removal) at LLC “LUKOIL-NNOS”

In the end of 2014 our company has successfully commissioned the sweetening (mercaptan removal) of butane fraction for LLC “LUKOIL-NNOS” with the use of KSM-X heterogeneous catalyst. The load of butane fraction increased from 16 to 23 tons/h, mercaptan sulfur content was reduced to no more than 5 ppmw, total sulfur content does not exceed 10 ppmw.
